Shipping and Delivery Policy
Last updated: 2 May 2026
Every order that leaves Shabab Al Yola goes through the same quality check before it is packed and dispatched. What changes is the timeline, and that depends on whether you ordered a custom Thobe or a ready-made one. Both routes are straightforward, and we keep you informed at every step.
Policies for Custom Orders
Your custom Thobe is made to your exact measurements at our workshop in Abu Dhabi. Our master tailors cut, stitch, and finish every piece by hand before it passes through our quality control team. Once it clears inspection, we pack it carefully and ship it directly to your UK address.
Delivery timeline
4 to 12 days
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the order, the fabric selected, and current production schedules. We will give you a more specific estimate when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the process.
If you have a deadline, such as an upcoming Eid, wedding, or event, please let us know at the time of ordering. We will do our best to prioritise your garment accordingly.
