These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Shabab Al Yola UK. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Shabab Al Yola UK provides premium traditional menswear, including custom Kandora tailoring, Thobe and Dishdasha orders, Bisht crafting, and garment alterations.

All orders require a 100% deposit upon confirmation. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and other methods as confirmed at the time of order. All prices on the UK website are listed in British Pounds (GBP).

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements or attending a fitting session. We keep your measurements on record for future orders. If measurements provided are inaccurate, any alteration costs may apply.

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at the point of order. Delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of these terms.

Minor fit adjustments within 14 days of delivery are included at no charge. Any significant modifications requested beyond the original order may carry an additional cost.

You may cancel your order before production begins and receive a full refund of your deposit. Once production starts, a 20% cancellation fee applies. We do not offer refunds after a garment has been completed and dispatched.

Shabab Al Yola UK takes full responsibility for the quality of our tailoring workmanship. We do not accept liability for fabric defects in materials supplied by the customer, or for damage resulting from improper washing or care of the garment.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
